bx999 Terms & Conditions — Complete User Agreement for Pakistani Players

1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following expressions carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "bx999" or "We" or "Us" or "the Platform" refers to bx999 and its website located at bx999.org, operated under an international gaming licence.
• "Player", "You", or "User" refers to any individual who registers, accesses, or uses the bx999 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal bx999 account created by a Player upon successful registration.
• "Services" means all gaming, betting, promotional, and ancillary services provided through the bx999 platform, including but not limited to casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting, slot games, and the bx999 wallet.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, cashback, or matched deposit amounts granted to a Player's bx999 account subject to the conditions stated in Clause 7.
• "Real Money Funds" means PKR deposited by the Player into the bx999 wallet using an approved payment method.
• "CNIC" means the Computerised National Identity Card issued by the National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) of Pakistan, used for identity verification purposes on bx999.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be staked before they may be converted to Real Money Funds and withdrawn from bx999.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification, which bx999 conducts using CNIC and supporting documentation prior to processing withdrawals.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating a bx999 account, logging in to the bx999 platform, depositing funds, or participating in any Service offered by bx999, you confirm unconditionally that you have read, fully understood, and irrevocably agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the bx999 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the bx999 platform from time to time.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the bx999 platform and close your account by contacting the bx999 support team. Continued use of bx999 following any amendments to these Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

3. Eligibility & Age Verification

To be eligible to register and use bx999, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:

1. You are at least 21 years of age.
2. You are a natural person — corporate or artificial entities may not register bx999 accounts.
3. You are accessing bx999 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by local law applicable to you personally.
4. You are not registered on any self-exclusion list, whether administered by bx999 or by any gambling authority to which bx999 is subject.
5. You are not acting as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party in connection with your bx999 account.
6. You have not previously had a bx999 account closed for breach of these Terms & Conditions.

bx999 reserves the right to request CNIC documentation or any other identity verification document at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within the timeframe specified by bx999 will result in account suspension and may result in forfeiture of funds pending KYC completion.

4. Account Registration & Management

Each Player is entitled to register one (1) bx999 account only. The existence of duplicate accounts — whether intentional or otherwise — is a breach of these Terms & Conditions. Upon discovery of duplicate accounts, bx999 reserves the right to close all but the oldest verified account, forfeit any bonuses claimed across duplicate accounts, and withhold associated winnings pending investigation.

When registering at bx999, you must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information. Your registered name must match the name on your CNIC exactly. Providing false personal information, including a false date of birth, constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your bx999 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party, including family members. bx999 cannot accept liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access resulting from a Player's failure to secure their credentials. You are required to notify bx999 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

bx999 reserves the right to verify your identity, address, payment method, and source of funds at any point during your use of the platform. Accounts may be temporarily restricted during ongoing verification processes.

5. Deposits & Payment Methods

bx999 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) exclusively through the following approved payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Online Banking, UBL Digital, Meezan Bank Internet Banking, and the bx999 internal PKR Wallet. bx999 does not accept deposits from payment methods not registered to the account holder.

The minimum deposit amount is Rs 300 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by bx999, however individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits which are outside bx999's control. All deposits are credited to the bx999 wallet in PKR with no currency conversion or service fees charged by bx999.

By depositing funds into bx999, you confirm that the funds are owned by you, that they have been obtained legally, and that they are not derived from any criminal activity. bx999 is obligated to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities under applicable anti-money-laundering regulations. Deposits are generally credited instantly for JazzCash and EasyPaisa, and within one to four hours for bank transfers, subject to the processing schedules of individual banks.

6. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests at bx999 may only be made to payment methods that have been registered, used for deposit, and verified in the Player's account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts, accounts not matching the registered account holder's CNIC, or to payment methods not previously used for deposit are not permitted.

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500 per transaction. Standard withdrawal processing time is two to four (2–4) hours for JazzCash and EasyPaisa, and up to twelve (12) hours for bank transfers, measured from the time that KYC verification is confirmed and the withdrawal request is approved by bx999. VIP tier members may be eligible for priority one-hour processing at bx999's discretion.

bx999 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal payments pending completion of identity verification, source-of-funds review, or investigation into suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms & Conditions. bx999 will communicate the reason for any withdrawal delay to the Player within 48 hours of the original request.

Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Only Real Money Funds and Bonus Funds that have satisfied the applicable Wagering Requirement stated in the relevant promotion terms may be converted and withdrawn. bx999 applies Real Money Funds to active wagering requirements before Bonus Funds.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

bx999 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Pakistani players, including welcome deposit bonuses, daily reload bonuses, cashback programmes, free spins, and VIP loyalty rewards. Each promotion is subject to specific terms published alongside the offer on the bx999 platform. In the event of any inconsistency between promotion-specific terms and these Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for matters relating to that specific promotion only.

General conditions applicable to all bx999 bonuses:

1. Bonuses are available to Players who have fully verified their bx999 account, unless specifically stated otherwise in promotion terms.
2. The standard Wagering Requirement for bx999 deposit bonuses is 35 times (35x) the combined value of the deposit and bonus amount, unless the promotion states a different requirement.
3. Wagering requirements must be completed within thirty (30) calendar days of the bonus being credited to the bx999 account, unless otherwise specified.
4. Bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited if the Wagering Requirement is not met within the specified time period.
5. bx999 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Such changes will not affect bonuses already credited and in progress, subject to the original promotion terms remaining valid.
6. Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash prior to satisfying applicable Wagering Requirements.
7. Only one (1) welcome bonus may be claimed per Player, per household address, per device, and per payment method. Attempts to claim multiple welcome bonuses using different accounts will be treated as bonus abuse.
8. bx999 reserves the right to reclaim bonus amounts and associated winnings from any Player found to have abused promotional offers, including through the use of arbitrage betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms.

8. Gameplay & Fair Play

All casino games available on bx999 — including Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, live roulette, blackjack, baccarat, slots, and all other titles — operate using independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer mechanics. Game outcomes are not influenced by bx999 operators, by the size of bets placed, or by the outcome of previous game rounds. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are calculated over statistically significant sample sizes and represent theoretical long-term averages; individual session results may vary significantly from the stated RTP.

bx999 records all game rounds and transactions. In the event of a dispute regarding a game result, the bx999 system log shall be the definitive record. If a technical malfunction occurs during gameplay and disrupts a game round, bx999 reserves the right to void the affected round and return stakes to the Player's account. bx999 is not obligated to pay out winnings generated by a game malfunction, software error, or display error that presents an erroneous result or payout value.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bx999 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and possible legal action:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with bx999 games or betting markets.
• Colluding with other players in any game where such collusion would create an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software errors, display errors, or pricing errors on bx999 to obtain winnings the Player knows are not legitimately earned.
• Using bx999 accounts to launder money, process funds connected to criminal activity, or circumvent any financial regulation.
• Opening multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming duplicate bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
• Registering a bx999 account on behalf of a third party, or using a third party's identity to complete registration or KYC.
• Engaging in any conduct that bx999 reasonably determines to be abusive, threatening, or harassing toward bx999 staff or other players.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the bx999 platform's technical infrastructure.

10. Intellectual Property

All content available on the bx999 platform — including but not limited to game software, graphics, branding, logos, text, design elements, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of bx999 or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use bx999 content solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes.

Players may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any bx999 content without prior written authorisation. Unauthorised use of bx999 intellectual property constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may give rise to legal action.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

bx999 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference and is available at /privacy-policy. By using bx999, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

bx999 collects personal data including but not limited to your name, CNIC number, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, email address, payment method details, device information, IP address, and gaming transaction history. This data is used to operate your bx999 account, verify your identity, process payments, comply with anti-money-laundering obligations, detect fraud, personalise your experience, and communicate promotional offers where you have consented to marketing communications.

bx999 does not sell personal data to third parties for independent marketing purposes. Data is shared with game providers, payment processors, and regulatory bodies only as required for the provision of Services or compliance with applicable law.

12. Responsible Gaming

bx999 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices across its entire Pakistani player base. The bx999 platform provides all registered players with access to the following responsible gaming tools at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts on your bx999 account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced; increases require a 24-hour cooling period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure notifications at intervals of your choosing to track time spent on bx999 during any single session.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen reminders during gameplay displaying session duration and net win/loss position.

Without limiting the foregoing, bx999 shall not be liable for: losses arising from technical failures, server outages, or internet connectivity issues; losses resulting from a Player's reliance on information displayed on the bx999 platform; losses caused by delays in payment processing by third-party payment providers; or losses of any kind arising from a Player's breach of these Terms & Conditions.

bx999's total liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising from these Terms & Conditions or the use of bx999 Services shall not exceed the total Real Money Funds held in that Player's bx999 wallet at the time the claim arises.

14. Account Suspension & Termination

bx999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at any time and without prior notice if bx999 reasonably determines that the Player has breached these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent or criminal activity, or that continued account access poses a risk to other players or the integrity of the bx999 platform.

Players may close their bx999 account voluntarily at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining verified Real Money balance will be refunded to the Player's last verified payment method within ten (10) business days, subject to completion of KYC verification and provided no outstanding investigations are pending. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon account closure regardless of their wagering status.

bx999 reserves the right to permanently close accounts and forfeit all associated funds — including Real Money balances — in cases of confirmed fraud, money laundering, collusion, or identity misrepresentation.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and all matters arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bx999 holds its international gaming licence. Players accessing bx999 from Pakistan agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the governing courts for the resolution of any dispute arising from these Terms & Conditions or the use of bx999 Services.

In the event of a dispute between a Player and bx999, the Player must first contact bx999 customer support in writing at [email protected] to seek resolution. bx999 will respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days. If the complaint cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, either party may escalate the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body designated by bx999's licensing authority.

16. Amendments to These Terms

bx999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, bx999 will notify registered Players via the email address or Pakistani mobile number associated with their account, and the revised Terms will be published on the bx999 platform with an updated effective date clearly displayed.

Players who do not agree with any revised Terms & Conditions must notify bx999 customer support and cease use of the platform before the effective date of the changes. Continued use of bx999 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes irrevocable acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions in their entirety.
